JAKARTA: PT Asuransi Wahana Tata, a company focusing in general insurance, targets investment return of IDR50 billion this year or grows 25% from investment in 2011 amounting IDR40 billion.

Financial Director of Asuransi Wahana Tata Eddy Chandta said this year the company increase asset under management as high as 20% from last year which was IDR600 billion.

However, the market currently is fluctuating thus the company can not make any long term investment plan until first half of this year.

“Other factors, such as global financial factor is still influential. It is difficult to make business plan for the period of six months. Weekly business plan will be better,” he said. (T03/msw)
