As we all know that there are more and more motorists on the road today, which make traffic policemen become more intense in taking actions against reckless motorists. The aim is of course to maintain an order, safety and convenience on the road for everyone.

Here are our tips for you so that you can avoid getting a traffic tickets.

Wear Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Helmet

For motorcyclists please use only SNI approved helmets. Besides safety reasons, using SNI helmet has become a liability for motorcyclist on the road as stipulated in Article 57 Paragraph (2) and Article 106 Paragraph (8).

Ensure Complete Vehicle Equipments

For driver of four or more wheels vehicles, you must ensure the completeness of your vehicle's equipments before you start using it. Traffic Act 22 of 2009, requires amongst others, for four-wheel vehicle, seatbelts, warning triangle, a jack, wheel opener set and First Aid box.

For motorcycles, make sure your bike have its rear view mirrors, lights and horn are functioning and other fittings are met.

Bring Along Your Driving Permits

Make sure you have a proper driving license (SIM) with you: A driver's license for drivers of four-wheeled vehicles and SIM C for two-wheeled vehicles. Also make sure you bring a valid Vehicle Registration Certificate.

Orderly in Traffic

Pay attention to traffic signs and do not violate them. Drive your vehicle wisely and carefully so that you can arrive safely to your destination.
